Oracast was recently approached with a small task of completing a small website for a well positioned Fly Fishing company in Calgary. While we didn’t perform a complete design of the new website, we were asked to help clean up the code and roll out the final pages of the website in a timely manner. The Calgary Fly Fishing shop website can be seen at www.bowrivertroutfitters.com and you can see a few of the small touches we added to make this a clean, simple, and easy to use website.
Oracast’s IT Consulting role enabled Bow River Troutfitters to have the project completed quickly and with a very modest budget. Finding the shop is easy with our integration of the lastest version Google Maps API which allows visitors to click on links that show walking directions from the closest CTrain station and an adjacent parkade. An integrated photo gallery using jQuery’s Javascript framework provides visitors with an easy to use slide-show showcasing guiding trips and other great photos.
