Configure Email Clients - Netscape 7


  1. Open Netscape Mail

  2. From the Edit menu select Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings

  3. Click New Account in the Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings window




  4. Select the Email Account option in the Account Wizard. Click Next to continue




  5. Enter Your Name - this is the name that will appear on your email (do not enter an email address). Once complete, enter the Email Address for your new account. Click Next to continue




  6. Select POP as the incoming server type, and enter mail.oracast.com as the name of the Incoming Server. Click Next to continue




  7. Enter your Oracast-provided User Name and click Next to continue




  8. Enter the Account Name that will identify your Oracast account. You may use the default name or create your own. Click Next to continue




  9. Review the information to insure it is correct. Click Finish when complete!


Setting your Outgoing Mail Settings for Netscape 7


  1. Open Netscape Mail

  2. From the Edit menu select Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings

  3. Select the Outgoing Server (SMTP) option from the left-hand menu




  4. Enter mail.oracast.com as the Server Name
