Configure Email Clients

Click on the link below with the name of the email application you use to get step-by-step email setup instructions.

NOTE: Common Settings Required

  • Server Type: POP3
  • SMTP Server: mail.yourdomain.com (replace "yourdomain" with the name of your internet domain)
  • POP3 Server: mail.yourdomain.com (replace "yourdomain" with the name of your internet domain)
  • Username: You must use you FULL email address (eg. some.user@oracast.com)
  • SMTP Authentication: Oracast servers use SMTP Authentication which is set to the same as your incoming mail server
  • Telus Users: If using Telus as your ISP, you will need to change your SMTP Port to 225 instead of the default 25
